We do our best to keep the delivery times as short as possible. If the lamp is in stock we ship it after 5 working days. Otherwise we need 1-2 weeks to prepare the lamp for you.

Returns & exchanges

We accept cancellations within 1 day after placing the order. Please send me an email with your #order number and the title “cancel order”.
We can't accept returns for: custom or personalised orders.

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Customs and import taxes

Customs and duty Shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duty / tax or customs clearance charges, which may be applied once a shipment reaches the country. We have no control over additional customs charges, these charges are to be paid by the purchaser.

Change of order

Regularly clean our lamps with a dry brush or with a vacuum cleaner set at the lowest speed. Do not wet the lamp.

Each of our paper pulp lamps is handcrafted from recycled newspaper waste. We begin by shredding old newspapers into small pieces, blending them with water to create a smooth pulp. The mixture is then drained using textile bags, removing excess moisture before being combined with cellulosic glue.

The resulting papier-mâché is carefully applied by hand to custom molds and left to dry for around a week. Once fully dried, the lamp is removed from the mold, sanded, and refined to ensure a smooth, clean finish. Any imperfections are filled, and the surface is polished with care.

Each lamp is then painted with 2 to 12 layers of paint, depending on the desired finish, and finally sealed with a protective latex varnish to ensure durability and a long-lasting, beautiful surface.
