Custom and personalised pieces are created just for you, so we’re unable to take them back once they’ve been made.

All our products also come with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers any manufacturing issues or malfunctions that might appear during normal use.
If something goes wrong, we’ll repair or replace the item for you at no extra cost.
