Light Ceiling Fixture Globe Rustic

Light Ceiling Fixture Globe Rustic refers to the shape of the Earth.

Its “nucleus” , the source of light, brings it to life. When enabled, we’ll see a glowing and full of light planet. Its porous and irregular structure that symbolises dry and cracked soil, was inspired by the paintings of Polish Grupa Nowohucka. The material used for its creation – paper– is being destroyed, broken into tiny pieces, which, in hot temperature again links into a new, completely different entity. “Paper” can be later shaped in many different ways and in its final form brings an association with nature, its source. Paper mache Planet Globe takes part of a collection of lamps connected by the common name “Copernicus”.

Material

Handcrafted from pulped newspapers, water based, cellulosic glue and earth pigments. All these components, as well as the process of lamp formation, are environmentally friendly and ecologic. Moreover the lamp is very lightweight and durable.

Light ceiling fixture Globe is available in a variety of colours. If you wish to customise it please drop us a line on our email info@crea-re.com

Textile cable colour and LED bulbs:

This light ceiling fixture is available with Cotton White cable (1 m). Moreover you should use only LED bulbs up to 20W hence the bulb is not included. This lamp requires a bulb with an E27 ending.
