Processing time

We do our best to keep the delivery times as short as possible. If the lamp is in stock we ship it after 3 working days. Otherwise we need 1-2 weeks to prepare the lamp for you.

Europe: 3-5 business days

North America: 3-4 weeks

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-5 weeks

Asia Pacific: 3-5 weeks

Latin America and the Caribbean: 3-4 weeks

North Africa and the Middle East: 3-4 weeks

I’ll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can’t guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service of each country.

Customs and import taxes

Customs and duty Shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duty / tax or customs clearance charges, which may be applied once a shipment reaches the country. We have no control over additional customs charges, these charges are to be paid by the purchaser.

We will send you an email with a tracking number immediately after we ship it.

Change of order

We accept changing orders. Just send us an email to: info@crea-re.com within 1 day after placing it.

Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery, return items back within: 30 days of delivery

I accept cancellations within 1 day after placing the order. Please send me an email with your #order number and the title “cancel order”.

I can’t accept returns for: custom or personalised orders.

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
